München hybrid or Remote | Role requires fluency in German (C1 level)

INTRO

We are looking for a driven Revenue Operations Working Student (m/f/d), who is ready to dive into our exciting remote/hybrid journey as the team grows. You will work closely with our whole sales team and our founder Pascal and support us in identifying new customer potential across different markets. As a key part within our growing team you will contribute significantly to our long-term business growth.

Our mission: Empower European medium-sized businesses with cutting-edge technology to remain at the forefront of the economy. Since 2021, we've been using AI to revolutionize how B2B sales teams interact with data.

At acto we believe that the future does not belong to the companies with the most data, but to those who can use their potential most effectively without being overwhelmed.

For this reason, we develop software that is based on legacy ERP systems and converts data into prioritized and AI-powered recommendations for actions. We help B2B sales teams in the areas of logistics, wholesale and B2B consumer goods to escape data chaos and make better decisions with the help of AI.

Founded in North-Rhine Westphalia and supported by top VCs from Europe, with an international team of 21, we are currently building our company hub in Munich and are looking for you to support our revenue team on site or remote.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Identifying leads and opportunities enabling our sales team to increase their active sales time by supporting them in the process of addressing customers & delivering the relevant information
• Preparing and optimizing our sales reporting to make better decisions based on data (this is what we love at acto 💙)
• Optimizing and analyzing our sales processes (incl. technical processes in HubSpot) as well as CRM Data maintenance
• Bringing innovative ideas that make acto even better and implement them together with us!

PROFILE

• You are currently enrolled in a University Program and pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or in a related discipline
• You are eager to work in a fast-growing start-up/scale-up and love to tackle new challenges
• You are a very analytical, organized person and a great communicator with excellent relationship building skills
• You are motivated, detail-oriented and you have the ability to structure complex topics
